The hotel had a great location and the staff was friendly when we arrived late. the bathroom was clean and tidy and the breakfast provided was of good quality.
Our room was infested with many ants which made it impossible to sleep well. Despite our best efforts to keep the room clean, the ants continued to appear, even on the bed.

Had the best Christmas experience here! Loved the convenient location - seconds away from the main shopping district and only a short walk from the beach. The staff were incredibly helpful and made our late check-in smooth and stress-free. The breakfast was amazing too, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Oh, and the pool was perfect for a refreshing dip.
Ants, ants, ants! Unfortunately, our room had a bit of an infestation and they were crawling everywhere.

The staff were very helpful, especially during our late check-in. the location was great, very central and close to many attractions. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel provided complimentary toiletries.
We had a negative experience with cleanliness as our room had a large number of ants. Despite trying to get rid of them with insect spray, they persisted and even ended up in our bed.
